Les Paul was the brilliant guitar legend inventor from Mahwah in Bergen County. As part of the annual Les Paul Festival at Ramapo College in the town where he lived for many years, eclectic artist Amythyst Kiah will perform songs from her 2023 Wary + Strange album as well as her 2022 Pensive Pop EP where she boldly reimagines Tori Amos, Green Day, Joy Division and Katy Perry. She’s opened for The Who, and was asked by Brandi Carlile to be part of the “Girls Just Wanna Weekend” tour. There’s no genre this singer-songwriter-banjoist cannot master.
