Brian Setzer, 64, is no longer a Stray Cat but the dude is the living link between that original ‘50s spark of Memphis rockabilly and the kind of “Jump, Jive & Wail” that he borrowed from the legendary Louis Prima and won a 1999 Grammy for. He’ll have a new album out in the fall and will kick off his first tour in almost five years in Red Bank on September 27. No more Orchestra. “I’ve had a pretty long break,” he says, “and I needed it. I’m renewed and really want to play live again. I want to just get out on the road with this kick-ass little three-piece band and start playing.”
