Straight off the premiere of his popular stand-up TV special (Up Here Killing Myself), comedian Josh Johnson will take the Banana’s stage in Rutherford for two nights, January 5 and 6. His universal humor spans the parameters of his concerns: money, his father, a stalker, mental health and self-discovery, all through the lens of having to be a young Black male in America (no easy feat). Born in Louisiana and now based in New York, he’s an Emmy-nominated writer and NAACP Award-winner.
