Sometimes we just have to express the RAGE that resides within all of our souls. There’s no healthier way to express that rage than through metal. That said, a new version of Color Decay (Solid State Records), the eighth album of Ohio metalcore avatars The Devil Wears Prada, comes out May 5 digitally and on vinyl with 10 additional tracks (pre-order here: https://tdwp.ffm.to/cd_deluxe). A video for one of the new tracks—“Reaching”—can be seen below. Vocalist Mike Hranica explains, "'it’s a song about unapologetic growth. I feel we often hear songs of resilience and strength that don't really cover the dirty, harder times. It takes struggle and failure to better oneself, and I think that's the soul of this tune."
