Simon Cifuentes is from Bogata but lives and works in New York City. Stradling the Latin and Jazz divide, he’s a singer who plays bass, guitar, piano, tiple (a 10- or 12-string Columbia guitar) and cuatro (a four-string Venezuelan guitar). An excellent interpreter of jazz standards, he also mixes it up with his originals.
