The free Middlesex County Jazz Festival is back September 23, 24, 25 and 26 in four different locations as produced by the Borough of Carteret, Friends of Metuchen Arts with the Metuchen Arts Council, the New Brunswick Jazz Project and Woodbridge Arts.
