Jersey Shore Arts Center to Host Split Level Concert Season

Split Level Concert

Split Level Concerts has announced its third season of 8:00 p.m. Saturday shows at the Jersey Shore Arts Center (JSAC) on South Main Street in Ocean Grove at its Palaia Theater. The eight concerts start on Halloween when Willie Nile will perform a special “Solo Storyteller Show” with Americana singer-songwriter Robinson Treacher opening.

Promoter Mark Klemow: “Over the course of our second season at JSAC I got the distinct feeling that we are really beginning to build something significant for Ocean Grove and its surrounding communities.  Patrons are returning again and again, even if they are unfamiliar with the artists we are presenting. They repeatedly tell me that they love what we’re doing, and that gives me the deepest level of satisfaction. My excitement for Season #3 is through the roof, as we’ll be welcoming back a couple of long-time friends of the series alongside some performers I’m thrilled to be presenting for the first time.” For more information, visit https://www.jerseyshoreartscenter.org/splitlevel.

The JSAC is a non-profit entity serving Ocean Grove that programs arts education. Net ticket proceeds from this series benefits JSAC. Last year, Season #2 of this series raised almost ten grand for improvements to the JSAC’s historic building and to fund additional arts programs. Additionally, the organization known as Musicians On A Mission will be on hand. Last year, its volunteers raised almost $4,000 in donations and 587 pounds of non-perishable food items to benefit The Food Bank of Monmouth and Ocean County, now known as Fulfill.
