Lost In Society Release New Single

The new song from Asbury Park band Lost In Society is “Pascal and Sabine.” Produced by Pete Steinkopf of New Brunswick band The Bouncing Souls, it’s off the new Lost In Society EP, The Distribution Of Comfort (California’s Wiretap Records) due August 9.

Twenty years into an alt-rock career that has seen Zach Moyle and Nick Ruoede record and perform together, the pair continues to put forth valid artistic statements like the one below.  Last month, they came out with “Wake Up.” Now, with new drummer Gee Lima and new guitarist Tom Blaney, the Zach/Nick tandem marches on to their own beat, of which Nick says, "This song got written at some point in 2021 and our friend Sam came up with the rock'n'roll riff. He saved the voice memo file as `Pascal and Sabine’ which is a restaurant down the street from our rehearsal space. It was originally just a filler name. Eventually the song ended up telling the story of a relationship so the name ended up sticking from the original voice note demo."
