Marco Benevento Joins Cast of Warren Haynes’ ‘Benefit Concert Volume #20’

Warren Haynes Benefit Concert Volume 20

Livingston-born singer-songwriter-guitarist Marco Benevento can be heard on the new Benefit Concert Volume #20, due December 8 from Evil Teen Records/Mascot Label Group. It will come as double-vinyl in purple, orange, blue or red, or a 2-CD/DVD set, or 3-CD/2 Blu-Ray package, as well as digital-only. Warren Haynes hosts the event every year to help the Ashville [North Carolina] Habitat For Humanity. This 20th volume of the 30-year annual features Dave Grohl performing his instrumental epic “Play,” a 36-minute first-ever and only-to-date attempt to bash out this 36-minute monster, complete with keyboards, guitar, bass and percussion.  Other artists include the previously mentioned Benevento, as well as Eric Church, Joe Bonamassa, Gov’t Mule and many others. This year’s event is on December 9.
