Monte Maybe Is A ‘Jersey Devil’

Monte Maybe

Last year, on May 28, we asked if you heard of Monte yet? She goes by the name of Monte Maybe these days. The enigmatic Red Bank songstress, at the time, was dreaming about “Cowboys,” then bemoaning her age at “23.” Now, as part of her full-length Jersey Devil debut album, she’s a “Catalyst,” a fascinating music-maker who only has nice things to say about her producer, Deana Fielding. “She’s incredible,” the artist enthuses. “Jersey Devil wouldn’t have been possible without her.” Calling her a genius, she talks of Fielding’s “amazing musicians in her circle who come ready to play.”

"All of the visuals from this album were created by my amazing friends Robert Hamilton Hillman and Sophi Sabatini from Waterberry Works,” gushes Maybe. “They are the kindest and most talented people I know. They knew exactly what the vision for the album needed to be and absolutely killed it!"
