“As most of you know, I’ve been having a blast recording the new record, and with that release on the horizon, my management and I were looking for some fun ways to introduce the music to a bigger audience. So, I’m excited to announce that I’ll be part of the upcoming season of American Idol on ABC-TV! Was an honor to head down to Nashville and play for the great team they have along with a lot of other singer/songwriters. The season premieres on January 26th.”

“Brooklyn Can Wait” says the multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter from Asbury Park, Jake Thistle. He’s busking on the streets of New York City in the clip. On tour, he’ll be singing on proper stages. “I’m really excited to explore some new sounds with this single,” he says. “It was so much fun to put together, and the video is certainly on a bigger scale than the ones we’ve done before.
