Rarely does one get to experience the grandeur, the majesty and the might of the New Jersey Symphony but to get to digest it for free? Better head on out to Newark tomorrow night, June 26, in Branch Brook Park, as Conductor Kyle Ritenauer will take his mobile stage to the park—and his entire orchestra—to perform for free Leonard Bernstein’s “Overture To Candide,” Calvin Custer’s arrangement of “Duke Ellington! A Medley,” Igor Stravinsky’s “Infernal Dance” and “Firebird Suite Finale,” Valerie Coleman’s “Seven O’Clock Shout,” a section from Aaron Copeland’s “Appalachian Spring,” John Williams’s “Star Wars” theme and even a John Philip Sousa march.
