They came out of Rhode Island 22 years ago in tribute to California ska-punk reggae-rockers Sublime. Now, with their own material to debut on their “High With You” tour, bassist Joel Hanks, drummer Scott Begin, guitarist-vocalist Pat Downes and multi-instrumentalist Danny Torgersen will rev it up like they’ve never revved it up before.
