The original hardcore punk outfit, Black Flag, started in 1976 Hermosa Beach California by guitarist/composer Greg Ginn who has been the sole constant through nine albums on his SST Records. They broke up in ‘86, reformed in ‘03, broke up again, reformed in ’13, broke up in ’14  and reformed in ’19. Dez Cadena of Newark, before joining Misfits, sang for the band. Their most famous singer was Henry Rollins who lasted from ’81 to ’85. There have been 22 guys in and out of Black Flag, most notably drummer Chuck Biscuits of  D.O.A., Circle Jerks, Danzig and Social Distortion. Ginn now leads skateboarder/vocalist  Mike Vallely, Harley Duggan and Charles Wiley on this tour. In 2019, they played the Electric Ballroom in Camden and blew the roof off the place. Expectations are high this time around.
