People simply walking down Bloomfield Avenue as far west as Verona should hear remnants of this epic “Metal Crushes All” tour wafting through the air as Frozen Soul opens for Amon Amarth, Cannibal Corpse and Obituary at the Wellmont Theater in Montclair May 9. They will obviously perform their “Creature Of The Wheel” White Zombie cover and songs from their Glacial Domination album (produced by Matthew K. Heafy of Trivium), released by Century Media last year. In a press release prepared by the band, Frozen Soul says, “"We wanted to cover a song outside of death metal that we could give justice to in our style and 'Creature of the Wheel' felt perfect. We slowed it down and made it even heavier, all the while staying true to the groove White Zombie is known for. We got outside of our comfort zone and even used a theremin to add that oldschool horror feel.”
