Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy an evening by the lake at 6:00 (weather permitting). Swingin’ Singer Sandy Sasso lives on a century-old farmhouse called Sandyland with her husband where they jam under a tree house big enough for six adults. They play bocce and collect animals—from birds to groundhogs—in the vegetable garden with the 450-pound candle sculpture. She’ll also sing July 25 at 21 A on Broadway in Long Branch at 7:00 and July 31 at 2:00 in the afternoon at Thompson Park in Jamesburg where one can gaze fondly at the water while grooving to her mellifluous sounds.
