Thank goodness this legendary room was saved from the bulldozer recently as the town council voted NOT to knock it down for commercial considerations. All the blues greats have played here at one time or another and now another blues great, Toronzo Cannon, with one of the best blues albums of the year, Shut Up And Play (Alligator Records) will grace the stage of this intimate unforgettable room.
