FREE Newark Porch Fest September 23

Held in the historic Forest Hill section, the 2023 Newark Porch Fest will take place on Saturday September 23 (with a rain-date the following day) with live music, art, dance, food and kid-stuff. The fun takes place, indeed, on neighborhood front porches, stoops and lawns.  The event is free, family-friendly and open to the public. Walk through the neighborhood or take the complimentary shuttle service. Ride your bikes and scooters. Push your strollers. Food trucks will be on-hand. Event literature says, “dedicated children’s activities keep the little ones entertained and educated in the arts.”
