Jewels Gold has ‘Starry Eyes’

Jewels Gold

This Friday, July 11, the debut Jewels Gold single will be released by TikTok’s music division, SoundOn.  "It feels incredibly full-circle after years of pouring my heart into building a community online and sharing my music, to now be partnering with TikTok, the very platform that’s been such a big part of my journey,” says the singer-songwriter from Manalapan in Monmouth County. “I’m beyond grateful for the support and this surreal opportunity to take things to the next level.”

Gold has been a proponent of TikTok for six years. She’s one of the fastest-growing female TikTok vocalists, garnering millions of new followers for dozens of her videos. Her karaoke version of “Video Games” by Lana Del Ray amassed over 10.5 million views and 1.6 million likes within 72 hours. She’s working on a debut EP—due this fall—where her love of Nina Simone, Etta James, Whitney Houston, Motown, Adele, Amy Winehouse and Christina Aguilera will peak through her Gen Z prism.

Gold says, “I want my music to make people feel like they’re unstoppable – to have that drive, that power, and also just the trust in themselves that they can handle any situation and walk through it with grace.”
