Starting tomorrow night, and continuing every Wednesday from 5:00 to 6:00 in Hoboken on Washington Street at Symposia Bookstore, Jersey City singer-songwriter-bassist Greg McLoughlin will be performing solo away from his Lemonade band through April 16. He’s been doing a Monday night youTube livestream with this Monday being his 250th such stream.
Woody Guthrie To Be Honored January 30 In Hoboken
As a fundraiser for the American Civil Liberties Union, iconic folksinger Woody Guthrie [1912-1967] will be the subject of a “Song Celebration” at Hoboken’s 503 Social Club. Elena Skye and Boo Reiners of the Demolition String Band will host.
Springsteen Archives & Center for American Music Teams Up with the LBJ Presidential Library
The exhibit is called “Music America: Iconic Objects from America’s Music History.” It opened February 17 and runs through August 11 at the LBJ Presidential Library in Austin Texas. Over 100 objects will be on display.
