The Wentworth Gallery in Short Hills To Host Longtime Grateful Dead Drummer Mickey Hart June 23

As drummer Mickey Hart prepares for his summer tour with Dead & Company, he will have an exhibit of his paintings shown at The Wentworth Gallery at the Mall of Short Hills on June 23. “The Art Of Mickey Hart” will happen from 6:30 to 8:00 in the evening but please note this is a closed gallery event. The paintings will be there available to purchase long before the event and only those who plunk down a few grand for a painting will get to meet the artist.

MIKE GREENBLATT has been writing for Goldmine magazine and New Jersey's Aquarian Weekly for more than 35 years. His writing subjects fill the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

He's interviewed Joe Cocker, Graham Nash, David Crosby, Carlos Santana, Bruce Springsteen, Paul McCartney, Johnny Cash, and members of The Rolling Stones and The Beatles. He was 18 when he attended Woodstock in 1969.
