New Brunswick Band Releases First New Album In 20 Years

Never Say Die is the first new music by New Brunswick emo-pop-punk band Tokyo Rose in 20 years. Currently on the road with Pittsburgh alt-rock powerhouse Punchline, their new single, “Better When,” is, according to the band, the “fever dream of a manic depressive.” You can catch them Nov. 19 in Philadelphia at The Milk Boy, Nov. 20 in Asbury Park at Wonder Bar, Nov. 21 in Brooklyn at The Meadows and Nov. 22 in Harrisburg PA at the Capital City Music Hall.

Never Say Die—“Phoenician Fire,” “Something Sweeter,” “Better When,” “Ugly Comes Out” and “It’s All We Have And We Don’t Want It To End”—was produced, mixed and mastered by Fred Mascherino (Taking Back Sunday/The Color Fred) and Steve Angelo at Diver Down Studios in West Chester Pennsylvania.
