The stirring sound of Count Basie [1904–1984] from Red Bank in Monmouth County is coupled with the cinematic pantomime of Jerry Lewis [1926–2017] from Newark in Essex County. It’s a track off of Chairman Of The Board by The Count Basie Orchestra in 1958. This two-minute movie segment is from The Errand Boy, also from ’58.
