Summer just got louder. The Camden County 2024 Summer Parks Concert Series has been announced with concerts in three locations. The “Sunset Jazz Series” at the Camden Waterfront’s Roland Traynor River Stage will present shows every Monday at 8:00 p.m. starting June 3 with singer-songwriter-bassist Esperanza Spalding.

What other town hosts an all-summer FREE concert series? You’ve got to hand it to Woodbridge (“A Community Committed To The Arts”) and Mayor John E. McCormac. From oldies, country and classic rock to folk, jazz, Americana and worldbeat, you’ll hear it all this summer at various locations in town every Sunday through Thursday starting June 12.

The Mayo Performing Arts Center, has announced the remainder of its 2023 concert season.

The Paper Mill Playhouse has announced its 2023 summer cabaret lineup, outside at its Brookside Cabaret, where Broadway regulars, Manhattan cabaret stars and veterans of Paper Mill Playhouse past productions go to do full sets.

Three nights a week. Every week of the summer. Outdoors. Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays will be filled with free music. The Wednesday series, besides listed acts, will have opening sets by bands from the Lakehouse Music Academy. The Thursday series, featuring the Asbury Park Concert Band, in its 78th season, will perform all summer at 7:00 in the Fifth Avenue Pavilion’s bandshell.

The Cape May Convention Hall will host its 2023 Summer Concert Series with Jersey Shore Pops (July 3), The British Invasion Years (July 7), The Lettermen (July 9), The Association (July 16), Jay & The Americans (July 23), Herman’s Hermits starring Peter Noone (July 30), The Drifters (August 6), The Hit Men (August 13) and Capestock (August 18, 19, 20).

The beautiful sounds of jazz and classical will be presented once again this summer outside the Morris Museum on Normandy Heights Road in Morristown—the state’s second largest museum—in the back deck parking area.
